Where we currently deliver

For now, La Cour Obscure delivers within Singapore only.

Delivery within Singapore is on us, with no minimum purchase required.

We're beginning close to home, but we hope to reach more of you in time. As new destinations become available, we'll share them through our website and social channels.

Preparing your order
Orders are prepared and dispatched on the next business day, with a daily cut-off at 2:00pm SGT. Orders placed after 2:00pm will enter the following business day's processing cycle.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays.

Occasionally, we may need additional information to confirm your delivery details or order before dispatch. If so, we'll get in touch with you directly.

Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information.

Tracking may take a little time to update after dispatch. If you haven't received your confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, get in touch and we'll be glad to help.

Delayed or missing parcels
Occasionally, deliveries may take longer than expected due to circumstances affecting our delivery partners.

If your parcel has passed its expected delivery window, tracking hasn't updated for an unusual length of time, or your parcel appears to be missing, please get in touch. We'll review the delivery with our shipping partner and help from there.
